Spring 2010 MALS seminars announced

The Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies has announced their line up of seminars for the spring 2010 semester. This spring's titles include:

  • MLS 501-001: FOOD FOR THOUGHT: THE RISE OF GASTRONOMY IN POST-REVOLUTIONARY FRANCE
  • MLS 501-002: US NATIONAL PARKS
  • MLS 501-003: THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF SURINAME: THE ORIGINAL GLOBAL VILLAGE
